Student Union Electoral Commission (SUEC)has clarified that the presence of the electoral commissioners at the physical locations are for the assistance of the accredited voters who did not receive the voting link in their emails.
This clarification was made by Commissioner Collins at Abubakar Abdulsalam Hall during a conversation with UCJUI. “Basically what we are doing here is to assist those who have done accreditation but has not received the voting link. The link has been sent out since morning, it was released by batches but whoever have not received the link till 11 am can come here and we will give them their codes physically. We are not conducting the election physically”, he stated.
He further stated that every process have running smoothly without any hindrance.
