Seventeen Lecturers of the University of Ibadan have secured presence in the coveted list of Africa Top 100 Scientists for 2025 rankings.
These lecturers were ranked by AD Scientific Index, a reputable innovative and dynamic platform dedicated to ranking and analyzing the scientific output of researchers and institutions around the world.
They were ranked based on their commitment and expertise across various scientific disciplines.
The list below showcases the notable lecturers from the University of Ibadan who were selected and deem exceptional in their respective fields as well as their ranks amongst the top 100 scientists recognised in the country:
- Oye Gureje (Medical and Health Sciences/Psychiatry) – Ranked 1st in Nigeria
