The Kenneth Mellanby Freshers football team has emerged winner of the inter-hall football competition organized as part of the UI’SU Freshers Week 2024.
The team emerged victorious over the Baluba Lions of Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall in the final of the competition after a penalty shootout on Friday.
At the end of the regular time, the March ended with a one-all draw but the Mellanby team won the penalty shootout by 5-4.
