The management of the University of Ibadan has advised students and staff of the university to visit the University Health Service (UHS) also known as Jaja Clinic to update their medical records.
In a special release that was signed by the Registrar, Olubunmi O. Faluyi, and dated December 12, it was stated that the clinic has transitioned to the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) hence the advice from the management to staff and students.
It was also stated that the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) has been operational since Monday, December 6, 2021.
“Management hereby informs the University community that the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is now operational in the University Health Service (also known as Jaja Clinic) as of Monday, 6th December, 2021,” the release reads.
The management also requested that the staff and students bear with Jaja Clinic during the transition period.
