
Students of the University of Ibadan are expected to go on a three-week break starting today, Saturday August 31, UCJUI can confirm.
This was contained in a circular circulated by the management of the institution, following the meeting with the Students Union Leadership on Friday due to the protest against fee increment.
The three-week break, according to the management is to give students sufficient time to pay the school fees and complete the online registration.
According to the release, the first semester examination initially slated to start September 2 will now start on September 23.
There will be no re-opening of the portal for fee payment or course registration after 20 September,
2024,” the release also added.
