Olaniran Ayodeji Fiyinfoluwa, a 500-L student of the department of Aquaculture and Fisheries Management, and a resident of Kuti Hall at the University of Ibadan died in his sleep, according to reports, on Thursday, 30th July.
His death was confirmed in a broadcast issued by Kuti Hall Executives which read in part: “It is with great pain and sadness as we inform you of the passing away of our very own brother, friend and colleague, Olaniran Ayodeji Fiyinfoluwa.”
In a moving tribute, the deceased’s sister, Olaniran Jumoke, said he was of promising talent, God-fearing, gentle, loving, and brilliant.
“Gone too soon! I can’t believe you left us so soon. You are just too promising, God-fearing, gentle, brilliant and loving. It’s still like a dream Sha! How will I ever forget you calling me ‘sisi mi’.
“May your soul rest in peace,” she wrote in her Facebook’s post.
