Nigeria will face Libya on Friday, October 12 in the third round of fixtures of the AFCON 2019 Qualifiers at the magnificent Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo as against the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna that was earlier announced to stage the game by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
The change was necessary after the Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna failed to meet the requirements from Confederation of African Football (CAF) officials who came visiting twice about a week ago.
After two games played so far in the qualifying series, the Super Eagles are placed third in Group E after a home 2-0 loss to South Africa in 2017 and a 3-0 away win at Seychelles last month.
