INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT THE SNAKE
Though not a friend of man as seen by many, to some it is the serpent that denotes evil. How about finding out some interesting things to ponder on or mull over about these creatures, who knows if our dogmas might actually tilt and we begin to accept these creatures as they appear in our various worlds.
However, if you are a big fan of snakes then this is going to be real interesting… although it is not much news that they belong to the class reptilia and with over 3200 species, and they have unblinking lidless eyes that make them sleep with their eyes open…here are some amazingly interesting facts about the snakes-

The snake venom is 90% protein… “Is it edible? that I can’t tell or I wouldn’t say”

The snake is a good delicacy in china. “In china, with snakes available, then it is stay hungry stay foolish I guess”

There are no snakes in New Zealand… “a place to chill-out with folks if you all are snake haters”

The fastest moving land snake in the world is the black mamba, slithering at a speed of 12.5miles/hr. or 20km/hr. they get their names not from their skin colour which tends to be olive to grey, but rather from the blue-black colour of the inside of their mouth which they display when threatened. They live over 11years or more and can grow up to 14ft.

Black mambas use their incredible speed to escape threats and not to hunt preys, but if they have to, they strike not once but repeatedly injecting large amount of neurotoxins and cardiotoxins… “at this point, if by any chance you get cornered by this creature or find yourself within range, hmmm, you’d better be faster than Usain Bolt himself…even if it’s not going to attack”
