Boys Without Borders Nigeria has on the 4th of March, 2025, announced the second edition of the Chidera Anushiem Essay Competition.
According to its administrative, the essay is “In commemoration of this year’s International Day of the Boy-child (IDBC 2025)” and is “open to all male undergraduate students of any Nigerian university.”
The topic for this year’s Chidera Anushiem Essay Competition is “Challenging Harmful Stereotypes: Becoming Allies in the Fight for Equality” and submission will be accepted from March 3rd to March 31st, 2025.
Cash prizes of ₦70,000, ₦50,000, and ₦30,000 will be given to winners in the first, second, and third positions, respectively.
Additionally, the top 10 entrants will gain access to mentorship opportunities and other valuable prizes.
As part of the criteria, entrants must be male undergraduate students of a higher institution in Nigeria.
