UCJ Election Watchroom
There are active physical locations for students to resolve their voting issues. A visit to Block C, Abdulsalam Abubakar Hall by members of the UCJ Watchroom revealed that students with their school ID cards can stop by to make complaints.
Officials on ground stated that they possess hard copies of voters’ registration data, enabling them to provide details like PINs and usernames.
The first category of students the centre attends to are those who did not complete their accreditation and are receiving error messages as a result. Secondly, students who adequately entered their details but did not receive a username and password can also submit complaints.
Officials will provide the missing data to each student after which they proceed to use them online at their various residences. It is not a place for casting votes.
However, there are cases which may need to be referred to the central location, the Student Affairs Conference Room.
