Ahead of the November 11 elections, the Association of Faculty of Arts Students Independent Electoral Commission (AFASIEC) has disqualified three of the thirteen aspirants vying for different positions at the faculty.
The three aspirants disqualified are Olayiwola Joshua, Abdulazeez Yusuf Oladimeji, and Oluseye Oluwaseun, contesting for Financial Secretary, Treasurer, and Public Relations Officer respectively.
The three aspirants were disqualified after scoring below 50% in the electoral screening held on Thursday, October 28.
