It hinted that the selected students would be groomed for growth and impact.

“For the very first time, we’re introducing the incredible young leaders who have joined us on this transformative journey of learning, growth and impact. From diverse backgrounds and bold dreams, these fellows represent the future of leadership in Nigeria and Africa,” the bridge program wrote.

According to theafarainitiative.org, the bride program is a training designed for young Nigerian leaders to equip them with skills needed to be great leaders in the future.

The program features an initial 2-week intensive boot camp, a 3-month internship and mentorship, and a fast-tracking to high-impact jobs within 12 months of graduation for the University.
