The University of Ibadan Student Union Electoral Commission (SUEC) has released the Students’ Representative Council electoral results.
The result was disclosed in a document signed by the University of Ibadan Student Union Electoral Commission Screening Sub-Committee Chairman, Jolaade Nasirudeen Adedolapo on Saturday, December 20th, 2025.
The UI’SRC election, held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, recorded a total of 116 aspirants elected to represent their various Constituencies in the Student Representative Council (SRC).
Queen Idia Hall recorded a total of 25 elected candidates, followed by the Great Independence Hall with 17 representatives. Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall and Queen Elizabeth II Hall followed closely with 16 elected candidates each, while Obafemi Awolowo Hall secured 15 seats.
In the other constituencies, Kenneth Mellanby Hall saw 6 candidates elected, while Lord Tedder Hall and Abdulsalam Abubakar Hall each produced 5 representatives
Other halls had below 5 candidates, Alexander Brown Hall with 4 candidates, Sultan Bello Hall and Ransome Kuti Hall both had 3, and Ayodele Falase Hall recorded 1 elected aspirant.
