YEAR OF BLOCKBUSTER MOVIES

This is something you usually won’t see on your average press-board, but I decided I should do something for movie fanatics this week.
As you should/may know, as the case may be, a lot of movie trailers have been released to the public in recent times. This article highlights a few of the must see movies of 2015;
((((WARNING, SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!))))
1) FOCUS
Focus is an American romantic comedy drama film. Glenn Ficarra and John Requa are the directors. The lead actors in the film are; Will Smith, who really let fans down after his role in “After Earth”, Margot Robbie and Rodrigo Santoro. The movie is set to be released on February 27, 2015.

From the trailer released, we see Nicky Spurgeon, played by Will Smith, a seasoned con-man who becomes romantically involved with a young attractive lady. However, while introducing her to the tricks of the con game, she gets too close for comfort and he breaks the relationship off abruptly. Three years later, the former Flame, now an accomplished Femme Fatale, shows up in the location, as the opposing party, in the same scam: a billionaire international race owner. In the midst of Nicky’s most dangerous scheme yet, she throws his plans for a loop and throws the con-man off his game. A must see…
2) Furious 7
I believe no one is new to this franchise, as the first six installments of the movie had fans on their feet. Well, this movie, which seems will be the last of the series, is an American action film, written by Chris Morgan and directed by James Wan. It features stars that would make any movie fanatic drool: Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson (the rock), Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Lucas Black, Jason Statham, and of course, the deceased Paul Walker, who died on November 30, 2013, while the film was still in production.
Furious 7 is set to take place after the events in Furious 6. After defeating Owen Shaw and his crew, Dominic Toretto, played by Vin Diesel, Brian O’Conner, played by Paul Walker, and the rest of the crew return to the States to live normal lives. But Owen’s elder brother, played by Jason Statham is after Dominic, seeking revenge for the death of his brother, putting the crew in danger once more. This sets the crew in motion for one last ride to find Ian Shaw, before he finds them.

The movie is set to be released on April 3, 2015. The trailer speaks for itself, this movie is a must see…

3) THE AVENGERS 2: AGE OF ULTRON
The Avengers is an American superhero film based on the Marvel comics superhero team, the Avengers.
It is the sequel to 2012’s Marvel’s the Avengers, scripted and directed by Joss Whedon and features stars such as; Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Stellan Skarsgard, James Spader, and of course, Samuel L. Jackson.

The movie’s plot is very simple, the Avengers must work together once more to stop Ultron, a robot created by Tony Stark for peace enhancement which ends up malfunctioning and becomes bent on earth’s extinction. The new movie features some addition to the team, as Quick Silver and Scarlett Witch are seen in the trailer. We expect to see the “Hulk-Buster” suit in action in the film.
Movie and Comic book fans should get ready for a great sequel, coming up on May 1, 2015, which may be revised along the line. But it will be worth the wait…

Other movies such as Fantastic Four, Ant-man, San Andreas, Mad Max, etc, are some other movies hitting the big screens in 2015.
One thing is certain, 2015 will be a good year for movie lovers around the globe.
