Awo Hall emerged as the leading hall in the UI’SU election after voting ended at 2 pm, polling 942 votes out of the 5,155 votes cast, according to results from the collation exercise.
Queen Idia Hall followed closely with 930 votes, while Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall came third with 733 votes in the just-concluded election.
Independence Hall recorded 539 votes, Kenneth Mellanby Hall secured 440 votes, Tedder Hall polled 317 votes, Sultan Bello Hall garnered 310 votes, and Kuti Hall trailed with 293 votes, while ABH came in at 103 votes.
Among the postgraduate hostels, Abdulsalami Abubakar Hall led with 121 votes, Ayodele Falase had 31 votes, Tafawa Balewa had 7 votes, Alumni Postgraduate Hall had 4 votes, and Adetoun Ogunseye had 3 votes.
