The Management of the male’s Hall of Residence, Ransome Kuti Hall, University of Ibadan, has warned its students against indecent Hairstyles.
In a statement of notice released and signed by the Hall Management on Thursday, 24 November, it was stated that indecent hairstyles are now unacceptable in the hall and anyone found guilty from Monday, November 28, will be sanctioned as the new rule will take effect from that day onwards.
“We have noticed a rising trend of Indecent, offensive and grossly improper hairstyles among students of Ransome Kuti Hall. This act is unacceptable in the hall,” the statement reads.
“All students in this category are strongly advised to maintain proper and modest hairstyles before Monday, 28 November, 2022 to avoid being sanctioned”, it concluded.
