The South – Western Regional Debate Quarter Finals, a part of the 2025 Youth Leadership Development Program (YDLP), is set to take place at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State.
The event scheduled for 9 a. m on Saturday, September 6, is tagged “Voices Umuted: Speaking for #The Nigeria we want”
The competition will feature eight universities from across the western region contending for a spot in the next phase of the debate series.
The University of Ibadan which qualified for quarter finals, will compete alongside the University of Ilorin, Lagos State University (LASU), Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), among others.
