The Students’ Union Electoral Commission, University of Ibadan (SUECUI), has announced that accreditation for the 2025 Students’ Union elections will commence tomorrow, Monday, 24th November 2025, and run through Friday, 28th November 2025.
In a special release on Sunday, 23rd of November, 2025, the Commission urged all students to check their official UI student email for the accreditation notice. Students are required to click the link contained in the mail and confirm acceptance to complete the process.
SUECUI emphasized that accreditation is a compulsory requirement for voting, stating that only duly accredited students will be eligible to participate in the election.
The announcement was e-signed by Ojuolape Festus Mayowa, Head of the Publicity Sub-Committee, and Kilanko Timileyin Joshua, Head of the Logistics Sub-Committee.
