According to the notification released by the Registrar, all newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates who have already generated their admission letters on the JAMB CAPS platform are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦50,000 via the University’s admissions portal at admissions.ui.edu.ng.
The payment window opened on Monday, 10 November 2025, and will close on Friday, 5 December 2025. The University has clearly stated that there will be no deadline extension. Candidates are also expected to upload their O-Level results, along with the WAEC/NECO scratch card PIN or serial number, for verification before proceeding with payment.
The University advised students to complete the process promptly and warned that any admission found to have been secured with irregular or falsified documents may be withdrawn.
