UCJUI Reporters Selected For National Journalism Fellowship

Two members of the Union of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan (UCJUI) have been selected as fellows for the 2023 edition of the annual Africa Foundation for Young Media Professionals media fellowship program.

The campus journalists selected for the fellowship are Olanshile Ogunrinu, a student of the Department of Communication and Language Arts and Glorious Olajire, a student of the department of Sociology.

Africa Foundation For Young Media Professionals is a media career development organization based in Nigeria with projected regional and operational country offices across Africa.

The media fellowship program is designed for early career journalists and based on Campus Journalism, Ethics, Safety, Fact-Checking and will be holding to for different batches in main cities across Nigeria from the 5th of July till the 3rd of August, 2023.

Olanshile is the the Politics Editor of AFAS Press and also the Managing Editor of the Sultan Bello Hall Press while Glorious is the Deputy News Editor of FATSSSA Press and a member of UCJUI Features desk.
