The Union of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan, has released the shortlist of nominees for this year’s Sunday Oguntola Essay Competition.
The final nominees for the annual essay competition open to campus journalists in various departmental press organizations in the institution was announced in a statement signed the organization’s President, Oluwatobi Odeyinka.
Recall that entries for the completion opened on October 20th, 2023 with the topic Is Pan-Africanism a mirage or an enduring phenomenon?
The nominees are:
Shuaib Nusiroh (NUESA PRESS)
Teriba Korede Michael (CLASSICS PRESS)
Adenimi Moyinoluwa
Grace Olukoya (RELIGIOUS STUDIES PRESS)
Atanda Ayobami Israel (NASELS PRESS)
Winners will be announced and presented with prizes at the UCJ induction ceremony scheduled to be held on Saturday.
