The Union of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan (UCJUI) launched the campulse magazine on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
This 2023 edition of the campulse magazine is themed: “Nigeria and its Choices”. It was unveiled at the 34th UCJUI induction and Famous Five Awards (FFA) ceremony which was held in Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
A publication featuring written works from different writers, the magazine is a compilation of works aimed at making readers reflect on the (political) choices they (Nigerians) have been making for the country.
In his editor’s note which is on the 4th page of the magazine, the Editor-in-Chief for Campulse and also UCJUI, Oluwatobi Odeyinka, says, “the magazine takes a glimpse into the heart of our motherland, a gaze at her foundations; and a patriotic assessment of her fabrics. The various articles and stories published in it reflect on the state and positions of both leadership and followership in our dear country.”
The magazine launch was also supported monetarily by the alumni who were in attendance.
Meanwhile, the Editor has disclosed that UCJ members can procure copies of the magazine for N1,500 each
