The Union of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan has inaugurated new executives to be in charge of the union in the coming 2023/2024 academic session.
These new executives who make up the 36th administration of the union were sworn in during the union’s handover/award ceremony which was held at the BNI Youth Centre.
This ceremony which marked the end of the union’s 35th administration was filled with many other activities including presentation of awards to outstanding Campus Journalists and Local Press Organizations.
This new administration is headed by Tosanwunmi Elizabeth, a 400l student of Library, Archival and Information Studies.
She would be assisted by Muiz Oyekola and Tijani Abdulkabeer as the Vice-President (Admin) and Vice-President (Editorial) respectively.
Other members of the new administration are Bello Abdulhakeem as General Secretary; Olawore Islamiyyah as Assistant General Secretary; Habeeb Lanlehin as PRO I; Zainab Yusuf as PRO II; Oni Barakat as Financial Secretary.
