An aspirant for the position of presidency of the Students’ Union, University of Ibadan, Adegoke Kehinde Victor aka K-Cent has boasted that he would resort to confrontation if the need arises to fight the school management.
K-Cent made the assertion at the Presidential Debate for all Presidential and Vice Presidential aspirants of the university’s Students’ Union organised by the Union of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan.
He recalled that some students of the university are recently rusticated by the Students’ Disciplinary Committee (SDC) for protesting epileptic power supply and non availability of water in their Hall.
He then reiterated his commitment to revolutionise Students’ Unionism in UI and discard the threats of SDC by telling the students present to “tell Prof. Olayinka (the Vice Chancellor) to prepare my own SDC letter” referring to the case of the recently rusticated students in the University.
