The Students’ Representative Council has on Friday 16th, 2025 decided that the Students Union Congress scheduled for Saturday, 17th of May holds as planned.
Following intense debate on the floor of the house, the SRC denied the SU’s request that the Congress be suspended.
The motion was moved by Honourable Oladele Samuel of the Alexander Brown Hall Constituency.
The Students’ Union was ordered to mobilize students for the Congress in collaboration with other Campus Unions.
The Congress will hold at 10am at the SUB Foyer.
