Veterinary Medicine striker, Hessy, scored in the closing minutes of the Seals cup opener against Philosophy on Friday, July 26th, 2024 to hand his team all 3 points at the SUB Pitch.
The first half of the game went underway with veterinary medicine failing to capitalise on a stray pass from a philosophy defender. Veterinary medicine dominated the early proceedings, crafting a coupling of half chances.

After a long period of dominance from the defending champions. a goal finally came against the run of play. Veterinary medicine’s Hessy found the net with a beautiful goal after a sublime pass from his teammate.
The referee signalled the end of the game shortly after Hessy’s goal, condemning the defending champions to their first defeat of Seals Cup 2024.
