The school management on the 10th of November 2014 started the painting of some areas of the school such as the main gate, Trenchard hall, and the curbs. Gardeners were also seen mowing the lawn. At first glance at the entrance of the school compound, one would think s/he just walked into a newly opened institution as a result of the appearance that greets one on entering the school. The sight of the well mowed lawn is a beauty to behold, libraries were cleaned properly. In fact, the whole school is undergoing refurbishing as a result of the team of inspectors, the NUC coming to inspect the school environment. This has got tongues wagging and eye brows lifting, while some students who have schooled themselves not to bother with whatever the school authority decides to do. Others have asked themselves the question is it only on special occasions the school is mandated to keep the school environment clean? Although there is no doubt the school authority is trying their best to keep up their quota in ensuring the cleanness of the school compound. A question that remains unanswered in the minds of some students is whether this extreme window cleaning is necessary. Congratulations to the graduating students.
