NEWS: UI Students Emerges Second in National Orientation Agency Campus Debate

The University of Ibadan (UI) secured second place at the South-West Regional finals of the 7-for-7 National Values Charter Campus Debate organized by the National Orientation Agency.

The University of Ibadan was represented by Chineke Ugochukwu & Olanrewaju Oyedijo and they narrowly lost to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), which scored 80% while they had 75% of 120 points.

The debate topic was “The National Values Charter: Striking the Balance Between Government’s Promises and Citizens’ Responsibilities in Nation Building.”

The competition held at the Julius Berger Hall, University of Lagos with the theme: Join the-Value-Train-to-Campus.
