Two hours after the 7am scheduled time for the start of the Congress, less than hundred students are in attendance.
The attendance as of press time stands at seventy-six(76). However, the SU Constitution has stipulated that 500 students must be in attendance to form a quorum before a Congress can hold.
Attendance is still ongoing at the SUB Foyers, as more students are expected.
