The Faculty of Science and Faculty of Law both claimed victory in their respective categories after defeating their opponents to clinch the third-place spots in the inter faculty basketball competition played at Awo Stadium.
In the male category, the contenders had an intense game. Both teams showed why they reached this stage, but the Faculty of Science wanted it more, showing their superiority with a 4-point advantage over their opponents.
On the other hand, in the female category, the Faculty of Law proved their mettle by securing a 3-point victory over the Faculty of Art, clinching the bronze medals in the Lere Odusote Inter-Faculty Basketball Competition.
Faculties of Law and Science’s respective 4-1 and 16-12 victory earns them a third place finish with a #30,000 cash prize win.
