The Governing Council of the University of Ibadan will convene on August 29, 2024, UCJUI has learnt.
This was contained in a release circulated by the leadership of the Students Union on Sunday, to information the students populace on the development.
Recall that the deadline for the payment of school fees was initially suspended, following the July protest and the Governing Council is expected to meet to reach a conclusion.
The release also revealed that the Union leadership will be meeting with the management on Monday on the publication from the CGS directing all students to complete registration before August 28.
