JUST IN: Two UI Students Arrested Over ‘Vacate Campus’ Notice

Two students of the University of Ibadan, Aduwo Ayodele, a student in the Department of History and Olawale, a student in the Department of Communications and Language Arts, have been allegedly arrested.

According to our source, these students were arrested on campus by Abefele, the security department of the institution with indications that they’ve been taken to the Criminal Department, Iyanganku Police Station.

Recall that the management had released a memo on Saturday, 31, August, that all students should vacate the University premises following the series of students against the new regime of fees introduced this session.
