Oniyide Emmanuel, the Faculty of Science Students Association (FASSA) President, has emerged as the new chairman of the Council of Faculty Presidents.
Oniyide in an election that took place at the FATSSA Secretariat on Sunday, secured 9 of the 16 total votes cast to defeat his opponent, Micheal Sonibare of the Faculty of Technology.
Other executives that emerged include: Mojuba Adeniyi of AFAS as Executive Secretary; Adeniji Wahab of BAMSSA as Director of Publicity; and Oyeniyi Isreal of RNR as the Director of Finance.
