Let us be free to speak what is true,
To cast light where silence long grew.
If your acts are just, our pens won’t sting,
But truth must rise on fearless wing.
For press and people,
the truth must not bend.
we uphold the law’s firm decree,
but are we free to be free?
No harm sought, but truth must be told.
Fierce pages and bold voices aim
not to shame, to inform,
To hold power true till the end.
Let us be free from fear and blame,
From shadows cast on truth’s good name.
For freedom breathes where truth is fed,
And justice lives where lies are dead.
