BREAKING: ABH, Pharmacy, Clinical Sciences, Dentistry Banned from Jaw War for Two Sessions

The Faculties of Pharmacy, Clinical Sciences, Dentistry, and the Alexander Brown Hall (ABH) have been suspended from participating in the Jaw War debate competition for the next two sessions.

This decision, announced by Dr. Demola Lewis during the second round of the Inter-Hall Jaw War 2024, also includes stringent restrictions.

Members of these constituencies have been barred from representing any other constituency at Jaw War during the suspension period.

In a further move, the senators of these constituencies will retain their voice but lose their voting rights.

However, an appeal option exists. Constituencies seeking to participate in Jaw War within the suspension period must pay a fine of ₦10,000 before their appeal can be considered.

Recalled that on the 27th of November 2024, thee Alexander Brown Hall Literary and Debating Society (ABHLDS) officially announced its withdrawal from the 2024 edition of Jaw War: Rise of Legends, citing dissatisfaction with the judging process and organizational concerns.
