NEWS: UI Rotaract Partners Council of Chairpersons to Host Project A.T.M.

Rotaract Club, in collaboration with council of hall chairpersons, has launched Project A.T.M., a two-month intensive training program designed to equip the students of the University of Ibadan with skills in Arts, Technology, and Music. The initiative aligns with the belief that acquiring new skills significantly increases the chances of students’ success, and seeks to address the growing skills gap in Nigeria’s competitive labor market.  

The program offers flexible learning options with both physical and virtual training sessions, making it accessible to a wider audience. Participants will have the opportunity to gain expertise in various fields.

In Arts, the training covers Photography, Videography, Graphics Design, Photo and Video Editing. The Technology track include Digital Marketing, Data Science with Phython, Front and Bank End Web Development, Financial and Research Data Analysis, Mobile App Development. For Music, participants will learn Vocal Skills and instruments such as Piano, Guitar, and Violin, Saxophone, Drumming, along with lessons on the Music Business.  

Registration for the program is open from November 26 to December 6, 2024, with training scheduled to run from December 7th, 2024, to January 20, 2025. Interested individuals can register via the link: https://tinyurl.com/5n7v9m5z

The Rotaract Club expressed confidence in the initiative’s potential to empower the University’s studebts, providing them with practical skills to thrive in both personal and professional spheres.
