The International Law Students Association (ILSA), UI Chapter, is set to be inaugurated on Monday, May 28th at the Large Lecture Room, Faculty of Law. The association which had earlier been in existence became moribund after the graduation of its founding students. Meanwhile, efforts are being made by certain current students of the faculty to resuscitate the association. In an interview UCJ correspondents held with him, Mr. Bolu Anjolaoluwa, who regarded himself as “one of the conduits through whom Ibadan Chapter of ILSA is established” revealed that the organization seeks to “create an awareness of and knowledge of International law”. The penultimate year law student believes that asides offering knowledge, membership in the organization will provide network and personal development opportunities.
